Shanghai BioScience Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "BioScience") was founded in 2005. It is the first company in China that proposes to focus on rapid consumables for life science laboratories and develops rapidly.

It provides consumables, reagents, instruments, technology and other related supporting services. It not only has exclusive or first-level agents for many internationally renowned brands in China, but also continue to expand its own brand products.

At the end of 2020, BioScience successfully completed the first round of financing from Principle Capital, which will help BioScience move towards to the capital market. BioScience has a deep friendship and strategic cooperation relationship with internationally renowned companies such as CORNING, TAKARA, DANAHER in the field of life sciences in China.

In 2021, BioScience defined its three independent brands, the consumables of BioLeader, the reagent of UELandy and the instrument of LabYeah. BioScience is headquartered in Shanghai. A total of 22 offices have been established in in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing and other cities. With the continuous increase of agency brands, the enrichment of independent products and the rapid growth of sales business. BioScience has approximately 450 employees nationwide and its annual revenue exceeds 1 billion yuan.

BioScience has four logistics storage and transportation centers in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, and Chengdu, and each branch has enough warehousing and distribution vehicles.
